By accessing and using Kurb, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Kurb provides a platform for organizing and hosting digital estate sales. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

3. User Registration

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account (via Clerk). You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service's registration form.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

5. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Kurb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
